摘要
自共建“一带一路”倡议提出以来,对我国与“一带一路”共建国家经济社会发展产生了重要的影响。“一带一路”经过多年发展,在绿色基础设施、生态环境治理、绿色技术创新和绿色经济合作方面取得了许多重大成就,已成为推动我国绿色发展的重要突破口,成为全球绿色经济合作的典范。本文总结分析了绿色“一带一路”建设的实践成效、经验启示与未来展望。首先,厘清绿色“一带一路”建设的发展历程并阐述其重要意义;其次,总结绿色“一带一路”建设的成功实践和经验启示;最后,分析共建“一带一路”绿色发展面临的机遇与挑战,并提出可能的实践路径。
Since the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,it has had a significant impact on the economic and social development of China and participating countries of the Belt and Road Initiative.After years of development,the Belt and Road Initiative has achieved many significant successes in green infrastructure,ecological environment governance,green technology innovation,and green economic cooperation.It has become an important breakthrough in promoting China s green development and a model for global green economic cooperation.This paper summarizes and analyzes the practical achievements,experience inspirations and future prospects of the green construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.Firstly,it clarifies the development process of the green construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and explaines its importance.Secondly,it summarizes the successful practices and experience inspirations of the green construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.Finally,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the green construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,and proposes possible practical paths.
