摘要
目的:观察临床上对阑尾炎手术患儿展开护理,选择施用四项行动法模式护理干预的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院收治的阑尾炎手术患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组实施四项行动法模式护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。结果:护理服务开展后,抑郁焦虑评分,观察组干预后与对照组比较更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);睡眠质量评分,观察组干预后与对照组比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应激反应指标水平,观察组干预后与对照组比较更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:四项行动法模式护理干预投入临床阑尾炎手术患儿护理中,所得干预的评估结果更好。
Objective:To observe the effect of nursing intervention with four action mode for children undergoing appendicitis surgery.Methods:A total of 80 children with appendicitis undergoing surgery from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The observation group of participants in this study implemented four action mode nursing interventions,while the control group implemented routine nursing interventions.Results:After the implementation of nursing services,the depression and anxiety scores obtained in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).The sleep quality score obtained from the study was lower in the observation group compared to the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The level of stress response indicators obtained from the study was lower in the observation group compared to the control group after intervention(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The four action mode nursing intervention used in the nursing of children with appendicitis surgery,has better evaluation result of the intervention.
