摘要
目的 探讨情志护理结合健康教育在小儿腹腔镜阑尾炎手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月于本院接受实施治疗的88例腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其划分为试验组(n=44,情志护理结合健康教育)与参照组(n=44,常规护理)。比较两组的情绪评分、术后恢复情况、护理满意度、术后并发症发生情况及心理创伤情况。结果 试验组的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的排气时间、下床时间、排便时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于参照组,护理满意度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的哭闹、易激怒、夜惊失眠发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 情志护理结合健康教育在小儿腹腔镜阑尾炎手术中的应用效果显著,有助于调节患儿及其家长的情绪状态,改善患儿的身心状态,减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of emotional nursing combined with health education in laparoscopic appendicitis surgery in children.Methods Eighty-eight children received laparoscopic appendicitis surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into test group(n=44,emotional nursing combined with health education) and reference group(n=44,routine nursing) by random number table method.The emotional scores,postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction,postoperative complications and psychological trauma were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the test group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P <0.05).The exhaust time,getting out of bed time,defecation time,feeding time and hospitalization time of the test group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidences of crying,irritability,night alarm and insomnia in the test group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emotional nursing combined with health education in pediatric laparoscopic appendicitis surgery has remarkable application effect,which helps to regulate the emotional state of children and their parents,improve the physical and mental state of children,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
