摘要
伴随“中国制造2025”战略的深入推进,追求工匠精神成为文化发展中的新风尚,也是培养职业核心能力的品质需求。文章基于“工匠精神”培育和职业核心能力的需求,重新审视、完善高职院校人才培养方案;通过优化整合教学内容提升高职院校的综合竞争力,加快“双高计划”建设;教师选择适当的教学方法与手段使学生具备执着专注、精益求精、自主创新等工匠精神,从而提高学生职业素养与核心能力,并在未来的就业竞争中脱颖而出,成为中国制造中的高素质技能型工匠人才。
With the implementation of the “Manufactured in China 2025” strategy,the pursuit of craftsmanship has become a new trend in cultural development and a quality requirement for cultivating core vocational skills.This paper re-examines and improves the talent cultivation programs in higher vocational colleges based on the demand for cultivating the “craftsmanship spirit” and core vocational skills.By optimizing and integrating teaching contents,the overall competitiveness of higher vocational colleges is enhanced,and the construction of the “Double High Plan” is accelerated.Teachers select appropriate teaching methods and approaches to cultivate students' craftsmanship spirit,such as perseverance,excellence,and independent innovation,thus improving students' professional competence and core skills.This enables them to stand out in future employment competition and become highly skilled craftsmen in China's manufacturing industry.
