摘要
目的:分析近40年来慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)中医药领域研究概况,洞察该领域研究现状、热点及发展趋向。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)自数据建库至2022年11月收录的CAG中医药研究领域的文献,应用VOSviewer1.6.18及CiteSpace 6.1.R2对作者、研究机构、关键词及突现词进行可视化分析。结果:最终共纳入2620篇文献,研究发现近40年来发文量呈整体上升趋势;该领域存在核心作者74位,以李佃贵发文量最多,有多个稳定的研究团队;研究机构主要为各中医院校及附属医院,东部地区机构较西部多;南方研究机构之间的交流与合作较北方密切,北方研究机构中主要以北京地区交流颇多;关键词及聚类分析等显示该领域研究旨在提高临床疗效,明确作用机制,优化诊疗方案;研究主要涉及基础研究、临床研究、动物实验、数据挖掘等方面,近些年CAG领域新的多学科交叉融合研究模式正在孕育形成。结论:近40年来CAG中医药研究领域百家争鸣、各具特色,方法学不断更新,治疗方法逐渐多元化,临床疗效逐渐提高,诊疗方案逐渐精确化,药物选择具有科学依据,为后来者研究提供一定的参考及思路。
Objective:To analyze the overview of research in the field of Chinese medicine of chronic atrophic gastritis in the past 40 years,and to gain insight into the current status,hotspots,and development trends of research in this field.Methods:By searching the literature in the field of CAG TCM research included in the China Knowledge Network from data construction to November 2022,CiteSpace software and VOSviewer software were applied to visualize and analyze its authors,research institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 2620 papers were included in the study,and it was found that the number of papers published in the past 40 years has shown an overall upward trend;there are 74 core authors in the field,and Li Diangui has published the most papers,and there are several stable research teams;the research institutions are mainly the Chinese medicine colleges and universities and hospitals,and there are more institutions in the eastern region than in the western part of the country;the exchanges and cooperation among the research institutions in the southern region are closer than in the northern region,and there are more exchanges among the northern institutions.The keywords and cluster analysis show that the research in this field aims to improve clinical efficacy,clarify the mechanism of action,and optimize the diagnosis and treatment plan;the research mainly involves basic research,clinical research,animal experiments,data mining,etc.In recent years,a new multidisciplinary cross-fertilization research mode in the field of CAG is being nurtured and formed.Conclusion:In the past 40 years,a hundred schools of thought in the field of CAG Chinese medicine research,each with its characteristics,the methodology is constantly updated,the treatment method is gradually diversified,the clinical efficacy is gradually improved,the diagnostic and treatment plan is gradually precise,and the choice of drugs has a scientific basis,which provides the latter research with certain references and ideas.
