摘要
产教融合协同育人是职业院校办学的应然取向和现实需求,作为培养学前教育人才的重要阵地,高职院校学前教育专业也概莫能外。当前很多高职院校学前教育专业十分重视产教融合协同育人实施路径的探索,但却面临法律法规不完善、融合深度及创新不足、培养目标偏差、师资专业性不足等问题。高职院校学前教育专业必须从完善法律法规、创新融合方法、明确培养目标、培养“双师型”教师等方面采取有效对策,将产教融合协同育人理念贯穿学前教育培养的全过程。
Production-education integration and collaborative education are the necessary orientation and practical demand of vocational colleges.As an important position of cultivating talents in preschool education,preschool education major of higher vocational colleges is no exception.At present,many preschool education majors of higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the exploration of the implementation path of production-education integration and collaborative education,but they are faced with problems such as imperfect laws and regulations,insufficient integration depth and innovation,deviation of training objectives,and insufficient professionalism of teachers.Preschool education major of higher vocational colleges must take effective countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations,innovating integration methods,clarifying training objectives and training“double-qualified”teachers,so as to run the concept of production-education integration and collaborative education through the whole process of preschool education training.
