摘要
目的观察孕中、晚期血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平与妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者血糖水平之间的相关性,以便为临床治疗提供参考价值。方法选取2021年1—12月期间宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院接受治疗的160例孕中、晚期孕妇作为研究对象,根据孕妇是否患有GDM分为对照组(健康孕妇,n=80)和GDM组(GDM孕妇,n=80),随后根据血糖数值将GDM组分为高水平组和低水平组,分别为32例、48例。分析各组一般资料,评估孕中、晚期Hcy的改变水平。并对比各组孕妇在孕中、晚期Hcy水平。结果3组孕妇孕中期Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕晚期,GDM组高水平、低水平孕妇Hcy水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(F=14.380,P<0.05);经Pearson相关分析可知,GDM组高水平孕妇血糖水平与孕中期Hcy水平无相关性(r=0.182,P>0.05),GDM组高水平孕妇血糖水平与孕晚期Hcy水平呈正相关性(r>0,P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇孕晚期Hcy水平均呈持续上升趋势,且孕妇Hcy水平升高与GDM患者血糖水平相关,呈正相关性。随着血糖升高,Hcy水平逐渐升高。
Objective To observe the relationship between serum homocysteine level(Hcy)and blood glucose level in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in order to provide reference value for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 160 pregnant women in the second and third trimester of pregnancy who received treatment in Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to whether the pregnant women had GDM,they were divided into control group(healthy pregnant women,n=80)and GDM group(pregnant women with GDM,n=80),and then GDM group was divided into high level group and low level group ac-cording to blood glucose value.There were 32 and 48 cases respectively.The general data of each group were ana-lyzed to evaluate the change level of Hcy in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.The Hcy levels of pregnant women in the second and third trimesters were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in Hcy level in the second trimester among the three groups(P>0.05).In the third trimester,the Hcy level in GDM group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(F=14.380,P<0.05).According to Pearson correlation analysis,there was no correlation between the blood glucose level of high-level pregnant women in the GDM group and the Hcy level in the second trimester(r=0.182,P>0.05),while there was a positive correlation be-tween the blood glucose level of high-level pregnant women in the GDM group and the Hcy level in the third trimester(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Hcy in pregnant women with GDM continued to increase in the third trimester,and the increase of Hcy level in pregnant women was positively correlated with the level of blood sugar in GDM pa-tients.As blood sugar rises,Hcy levels gradually increase.
