摘要
目的 探究老年类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者采用托法替布的疗效。方法 基于乱数表法随机选取2023年8—10月连云港市第一人民医院收治的100例老年RA患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为托甲组(n=50,托法替布+甲氨蝶呤治疗)与单甲组(n=50,单纯甲氨蝶呤治疗),两组均持续性药物治疗8周,比较两组疗效、症状缓解时间、疼痛评分、实验室指标与不良反应情况。结果 治疗后托甲组总有效率为98.00%,高于单甲组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.983,P<0.05)。治疗后,托甲组症状缓解时间显著短于单甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疼痛评分均显著下降,且托甲组下降更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组实验室指标水平均低于治疗前,且托甲组明显低于单甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,托甲组不良反应发生率显著低于单甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年RA患者采用托法替布治疗,疗效较好,有效缓解疼痛以及相关症状,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tofacitinib in geriatric rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients.Methods Based on the random number table method,100 elderly RA patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from August to October 2023 were randomly selected as study objects,and were divided into tofacitinib methotrexate group(n=50,topharatib + methotrexate treatment) and methotrexate group(n=50,sole methotrexate treatment) by random number table method.Both groups received continuous drug treatment for 8 weeks.The efficacy,symptom remission time,pain score,laboratory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the tofacitinib methotrexate was(98.00%),higher than that of the methotrexate group 84.00% and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.983,P<0.05).After treatment,the remission time of symptoms in the tofacitinib methotrexate group was significantly shorter than that in the methotrexate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the tofacitinib methotrexate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of laboratory indexes in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level in the tofacitinib methotrexate group was significantly lower than that in the methotrexate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the tofacitinib methotrexate group was significantly lower than that in the methotrexate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly RA patients with tofaciib has good curative effect,effective relief of pain,related symptoms,and high safety.
