摘要
静电纺丝是一种低成本、直接的方法,由于其制备的纳米纤维材料可广泛应用于可充电电池、过滤、蒸馏等多个领域,因此受到了广泛的关注.利用静电纺丝技术可以成功制备出许多具有特殊形貌的纳米材料,且赋予这些材料光、电、磁、热、力学等方面的性质.静电纺丝技术操作简单、可控性强、易于工业化生产,制备的复合纳米材料无毒、污染小、柔韧性高.因此,采用静电纺丝技术制备具有不同功能的纳米材料,如构筑具备光学、电学和其他功能的电纺材料,并对其进行研究是一项十分有意义的课题.介绍了这一独特技术的原理和最新进展,最后提出了关于这一领域的挑战和前景的未来展望.
Electrospinning is a low-cost and direct method.Because its nanofiber materials can be widely used in rechargeable batteries,filtration,distillation and other fields,it has received extensive attention.Using electrospinning technology,many nanomaterials with special morphologies can be successfully prepared,and these materials are endowed with optical,electrical,magnetic,thermal,mechanical and other properties.Electrospinning technology is easy to operate,controllable,easy to industrial production,and the prepared composite nano materials are non-toxic,less polluting,and highly flexible.Therefore,it is a very meaningful topic to use Electrospinning technology to prepare nanomaterials with different functions,such as constructing electrospun materials with optical,electrical and other functions,and to study them.This article introduces the principles and latest developments of this unique technology,and finally proposes future prospects for the challenges and prospects in this field.
