摘要
分别采用凝胶注模叠层连接法和浸渍抽滤叠层连接法制备ZrO2陶瓷与莫来石纤维叠层材料。通过叠层材料的实物照片和连接处过渡层的SEM照片研究过渡层的连接效果,并通过XRD测试分析过渡层的元素分布来探索过渡层的连接机制。结果表明,凝胶注模法和浸渍抽滤法都可以将ZrO2陶瓷与莫来石纤维连接在一起,为叠层材料的连接和制备提供了新的手段。
The laminated material of ZrO2 ceramic/mullite fiber sheet was prepared by two different new connection methods, one was gel-casting method and the other was pumping filtration after impregnation. The connection effects of transition layer of the laminated material were observed through both actual image and SEM image. And the connection mechanism of transition layer was explored by XRD analysis of the elements distribution in the transition layer. The results show that both gel-casting method and pumping filtration after impregnation method are good to connect ZrO2 ceramic and mullite fiber sheet, and they provide new means to connect and prepare laminated materials.
