摘要
目的 通过总结儿科临床护理教师思政教学体验历程,为提高临床护理带教水平提供依据.方法 采用质性研究法,以便利取样选取滨州医学院附属医院聘任、愿意接受访谈且签署同意书的儿科临床护理教师为研究对象.通过进行半结构式的深度访谈录音及文本转换,共访谈12位儿科临床护理教师.录音逐字稿采用叙事分析法进行整理分析.结果 通过对访谈资料提炼分析,呈现出儿科临床护理教师思政教学体验的三大主题:重塑教学理念、完善教学设计、提升人格魅力.结论 该研究通过总结儿科临床护理教师思政育人的教学体验与历程,挖掘其中有益的教学影响因素与观测点,为临床教师后续相关教学提供借鉴基础,并为临床课程思政内容提供指导.
Objective To provide the basis for improving the level of clinical nursing teaching by summarizing the reflection of pediatric nursing teachers on Ideological and Political Education.Methods Qualitative research method was used to select paediatric nursing teachers appointed by our hospital,who were willing to accept interviews and signed the consent.Through semi-structured in-depth interview recording and text conversion,a total of 12 pediatric nursing teachers were interviewed.The verbatim recordings were sorted and analyzed by narrative analysis.Results There are three themes of reflection on the teaching of Ideological and Political Education of pediatric nursing teachers:reshaping the teaching concept,improving the teaching design,and enhancing the personality charm.Conclusions This study provides a learning model for effective teaching of clinical nursing teachers and provides guidance for the cultivation of Ideological and Political contents of clinical courses by summarizing the teaching reflection of pediatric nursingteachers.
