摘要
目的 探讨在侵袭性肺部真菌感染诊断中采用痰真菌涂片与培养阳性的应用价值.方法 选取2021年10月-2023年10月期间收治的61例侵袭性肺部真菌感染患者作为观察对象,所有患者均进行痰真菌涂片检查、痰真菌培养、痰真菌涂片与培养阳性,对比3种检查方法在侵袭性肺部真菌感染诊断中的准确率及在不同真菌种类中的检出率.结果 61例患者的痰真菌涂片检查结果显示,有16例为阳性,有45例为阴性.61例患者的痰真菌培养结果显示,有20例为阳性,有41例为阴性.61例患者的痰真菌涂片与培养阳性结果显示,有61例为阳性,有0例为阴性.痰真菌涂片与培养阳性的诊断准确率均高于痰真菌涂片检查和痰真菌培养(P<0.05).痰真菌涂片与培养阳性在白色念珠菌、克柔念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、毛霉菌、曲霉菌的检出率均高于痰真菌涂片检查和痰真菌培养(P<0.05).结论 在侵袭性肺部真菌感染诊断中采用痰真菌涂片与培养阳性的应用价值较高,不仅能有效提高该疾病的诊断准确率,还能提升不同真菌种类的检出率.
Objective To evaluate the value of sputum fungus smear and positive culture in the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary fungal infection.Methods 61 patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infection admitted from Octoher 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the observation objects.All patients underwent sputum fungal smear examination,sputum fungal culture,sputum fungal smear and culture positive.The diagnostic accuracy and detection rate of the three methods in the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary fungal infection were compared.Results Of 61 patients,16 cases were positive and 45 cases were negative.The results of sputum fungus culture of 61 patients showed that 20 cases were positive and 41 cases were negative.The positive results of sputum fungus smear and culture in 61 patients showed that 6l cases were positive and O cases were negative.The diagnostic accuracy of positive sputum fungus smear and culture was higher than that of sputum fungus smear and culture(P<0.05).The positive rates of sputum fungus smear and culture were higher in Candida albicans,Candida clonalis,Candida glabrata,Candida tropicalis,mucor and aspergillus than in sputum fungus smear and culture(P<0.05).Conc lusion The application value of sputum fungus smear and culture positive in the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary fungal infection is high,which can not only effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease,but also improve the detection rate of different fungal species.
