微波感知测振技术及其在水轮机压力钢管水锤作用下振动形变分析中的应用

摘要 水力机组尤其是高水头机组在事故紧急停机及正常停机过程中形成的水锤效应会引起压力钢管的位移形变以及剧烈振动,严重威胁机组的安全运行。基于微波感知振动测量技术,提出了对机组压力钢管明管段的非接触式多点同步在线振动形变测量方法,并根据压力钢管的振动特性,提出了一种对水锤作用下压力钢管振动形变状态进行在线测试分析的方法。结合测试数据的对比分析,证明了微波感知测振方法在压力钢管在线振动测量及分析评价中的实用性和有效性。 The water hammer effect formed by hydraulic units,especially high-head units,during the emergency or normal shutdown will cause the displacement deformation and severe vibration of penstock,which seriously threatens the safe operation of hydraulic units.Based on microwave-sensing vibration measurement technology,a non-contact multi-point synchronous online vibration deformation measurement method for the exposed pipe section of penstock is proposed,and according to the vibration characteristics of penstock,a method for online test and analysis of the vibration deformation state of penstock under the action of water hammer is proposed.Combined with the comparative analysis of test data,it is proved that the microwave sensing vibration measurement method is practical and effective in the online vibration measurement,and the vibration analysis and evaluation of penstock.
