摘要
惠州抽水蓄能电站B厂为评价球阀及相关设备的抗振性能和安全性,进行5号机组球阀动水关闭试验。结果表明,正常运行工况下引水系统满足设计要求,而在动水关球阀过程中由于水击作用,负荷越大,对应压力钢管的动力响应越大,水平动位移超过了规范允许值,应加强监测和观察。同时球阀与混凝土支墩之间存在相对移动,应长期保持球阀滑板的润滑。
The spherical valve and it's related equipment of 5th unit of Huizhon pumped storage power station was tested to evaluate it's anti-vlbrstion ability and safety during dynamic dosing. The test results show that the dynamic responses of the water tunnal meet design requirement under normal condition. The greater the loed is, the greater the dynamic response of the pipes and the concrete buttress is. Because the obvious relative movement exist, it is necessary to keep the lubrication of the valve base.
