摘要
本文在“外来工需求调查”和“珠江三角洲工伤调查研究项目”所得数据的基础上,采用二分类多元Logistic回归方法对影响农民工维权行动的微观因素进行了分析。本文研究发现,资历(包括年龄、工作职位和工作流动性)和信息的获取是影响农民工维权的重要因素。但是,在农民工权利被严重侵害而采取法律或其他行动以维权时,这些微观因素的影响则并不显著。因此,对宏观因素和其他未知因素进行进一步的研究是必要的。
Based on data of"Research of the Needs of Migrant Workers"and"Research on Injury Migrant Workers in Pearl River Delta",this paper analyzed micro-factors which impacted on the action of migrant workers'safeguard their rights by the method of binary multivariate logistic regression model.The research discovered that experience(including age,job ranking,and work mobility)and information acquirement are important micro-factors for migrant workers protecting their rights.At the same time,the legal and complaining action of aggrieved migrant workers was less depends on micro-factors.It is necessary for us to conduct further research to investigate the macro and other unknown factors.
