政府创新偏好、人力资本积累与绿色技术创新 被引量:2

摘要 基于2009—2019年省级面板数据,文章分别从地区政府创新偏好与人力资本积累视角构建动态门槛回归模型,实证分析政府创新偏好影响绿色创新的复杂非线性作用机理。实证结果表明:政府创新偏好对绿色技术创新的影响作用是非线性的,不仅存在以政府创新偏好自身为门槛的单门槛效应,也存在显著的以人力资本积累为门槛的双门槛效应。政府创新偏好与区域绿色技术创新存在显著的“U”型阈值效应;当以人力资本积累为门槛变量时,政府创新偏好在跨越一重门槛值后,其对绿色技术创新的作用方向发生结构突变,作用效果由微弱的负向抑制转变为正向促进,并且在更高的门限区间中其影响系数进一步提高。 Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2019,this paper constructs a dynamic threshold regression model from the perspective of regional government innovation preference and human capital accumulation,respectively,and empirically analyzes the complex nonlinear mechanism of the effect of government innovation preference on green innovation.The empirical results are shown as follows:The effect of government innovation preference on green technology innovation is nonlinear,and there exists not only a single threshold effect with government innovation preference itself as the threshold,but also a significant double threshold effect with human capital accumulation as the threshold.There is a significant U-shaped threshold effect between government innovation preference and regional green technology innovation.When the human capital accumulation is taken as the threshold variable,the effect direction of government innovation preference on green technology innovation has a structural mutation after the first threshold is crossed,and the effect changes from weak negative inhibitory to positive promotion,and the influence coefficient is further increased in the higher threshold interval.
