基于松散耦合理论的职业教育产教联合体建构研究 被引量:1

Research on the Construction of Production-education Consortium in Vocational Education Based on Loose Coupling Theory

摘要 职业教育产教联合体是由多个主体型构而成的新型产教融合组织。建构产教联合体有助于优化产教融合组织形态、化解产教融合运行悖论、优化产教融合发展方式。由于联合体内主体关系、主体行为与评价标准的耦合特征,依据松散耦合的理论建构产教联合体,可以应对产教融合主体的离散化与碎片化趋势,顺应产教联合体的组织特性与治理方式,推动产教联合体的行为创新。为此,应融合多样性与一致性的目标,确立产教联合体的新价值;形成连锁性与松散性的互动,建立产教联合体的新机制;实行统一性与自主性的共治,推进产教联合体的新治理;集成正式性与非正式性的文化,激发产教联合体的新活力。 The production-education association of vocational education is a new type of production-education integration organization formed by multiple subject types.The construction of production-education consortium is helpful to optimize the organizational form of production-education integration,resolve the operation paradox of production-education integration,and optimize the development mode of production-education integration.Due to the coupling characteristics of subject relationship,subject behavior and evaluation criteria in the union,the construction of the industry-education consortium based on the theory of loose coupling can cope with the trend of decentralization and fragmentation of the subject of the integration of industry and education,conform to the organizational characteristics and governance mode of the industry-education consortium,and promote the behavioral innovation of the industry-education consortium.Therefore,the goal of diversity and consistency should be integrated to establish the new value of the association of industry and education.To form a chain and loose interaction,to establish a new mechanism of the association of industry and education;Implement unity and autonomy of co-governance,promote the new governance of industry and education consortium;Integrate formal and informal culture and stimulate the new vitality of the association of industry and education.
