摘要
钢厂余热回收配套的余热锅炉系统管路上安装有管路止回阀,该阀在使用中对工质管路有防止工质回流冲击、避免泵及电机反转、尽可能地减少水锤效应的影响等作用。由于钢厂余热锅炉温度很高、工况恶劣,目前常用的止回阀部分存在使用寿命短、易失效等问题。该问题已严重地影响了整个锅炉系统的运行效率和生产产出,也是余热回收需要解决的瓶颈问题之一。通过综合分析止回阀的结构特征和设计原理,采用了一种新式止回阀,该阀可靠自身重量及工质压力而动作来使工质通断,具备手动自动双用功能,同时具有截止和止回的功能,既能水平安装也能垂直安装使用。在使用性能、安全性能等方面相对于以往通用型的止回阀有很大的本质提升。
