摘要
目的本研究旨在通过比较拮抗剂方案与早卵泡期长方案,探讨拮抗剂方案在辅助生殖技术中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至10月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的120例行体外受精-胚胎移植患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(60例)与B组(60例),A组采用早卵泡期长方案,B组采用拮抗剂方案。比较两组患者的年龄、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)水平、促性腺激素(Gn)量、Gn天数、获卵数以及卵巢过度刺激发生率、卵母细胞成熟卵(MⅡ)率、受精率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率和活产率。结果两组患者的年龄、AMH、获卵数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的Gn量低于A组,Gn天数短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床妊娠率、活产率、卵巢过度刺激发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者卵母细胞MⅡ率、受精率、优质胚胎率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拮抗剂方案能缩短Gn使用时间,减少Gn用量,大大减少了治疗的时间和成本,减轻了患者的经济负担,且不影响临床妊娠率和活产率。
Objective The purpose of this study was to compare gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist with early follicular phase long program,and to explore the application value of gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist in assisted reproductive technology.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer admitted to Pingxiang Maternity and Child Care from January to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into group A(60 cases)and group B(60 cases)according to random number table method.Group A was treated with early follicular phase long program,and group B was treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist.The age,anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)level,gonadotropin(Gn)volume,Gn days,number of eggs harvested,incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation,metaphaseⅡ(MⅡ)rate,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in age,AMH and number of eggs collected between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of Gn in group B was lower than that in group A,and Gn day was shorter than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in oocyte MⅡrate,fertilization rate and high-quality embryo rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist can shorten the time and dosage of Gn,greatly reduce the time and cost of treatment,reduce the economic burden of patients,and do not affect the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate.
