摘要
为了能准确获得鼠笼弹性支承的刚度特性,对鼠笼刚度进行了理论分析、数值仿真和试验测试研究。首先,对鼠笼进行了网格无关性检验,研究表明,鼠笼条网格和鼠笼条根部圆倒角网格对鼠笼刚度计算结果影响明显。其次,研究了外力加载方式对鼠笼刚度的影响,研究表明,在不考虑轴承建模时,不同的外力加载方式会使得鼠笼承力端产生不同程度的形变而影响鼠笼的刚度;考虑轴承建模时,外力加载方式对鼠笼刚度的影响减小,且数值仿真结果趋近于通过刚性域加载得到的鼠笼刚度。最后,设计并搭建了鼠笼刚度试验测试平台,得到了鼠笼刚度的试验值,验证了数值仿真的正确性及合理性。
In order to obtain the stiffness characteristics of the squirrel cage accurately,the stiffness of the squirrel cage is studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test.Firstly,the grid independence test is carried out on the squirrel cage.The research shows that the grid of the squirrel cage bar and the chamfered grid at the root of the squirrel cage have an obvious influence on the calculation results,and the grid independence verification is needed.Secondly,the influence of external loading methods on the stiffness of the squirrel cage is studied.The research shows that when bearing modeling is not considered,external loading methods will cause different degrees of deformation at the bearing end of the squirrel cage and affect the stiffness of the squirrel cage.When bearing modeling is considered,the influence of external loading on the stiffness of the squirrel cage is reduced,and the numerical simulation results are close to the stiffness obtained by rigid region loading.Lastly,the stiffness test platform of the squirrel cage is designed and built,and the squirrel cage stiffness of the squirrel cage stiffness is obtained through the test,which verifies the correctness and rationality of the numerical simulation.
