摘要
在18.0 kr/min轻型超临界运转的、干运行气体机械密封(DGS)的传动试验台转子系统上,设计了带有弹性支承与挤压油膜阻尼器的控振装置、其中对所选择的鼠笼式弹性支承与无限短挤压油膜的特性以及转子系统的瞬态响应进行了理论分析。近三年的运行与测试显示其具有着卓越的动力性能,特别是在启停过程中系统没有发生双稳态的不稳定及锁闭现象。
To examine commercially high speed (18 000 r/min) dry running non-contacting gas seals, Rotor system of test-bed operated over the critical speed with flexible, squeeze film damper support is designed successfully, including theoretical analysis of characteristics for the ratcage flexible support and the narrow approximation film damper, and transient response for the rigid rotor system. After running during these three years, it has achieved an excellent dynamics property by experimental investigatfon. And unsteady phenomena of 'bistable' or 'lock up' vanish from process of starts or stops.
