激光熔覆粉末有效利用率模型构建及其影响因素分析

Model construction of an effective utilization rate for laser cladding powder and analysis of its influencing factors

摘要 为了获得准确的粉末利用率,构建了一种全新的激光熔覆粉末有效利用率模型,并分析了不同工艺参数对激光熔覆粉末利用率的影响规律。首先,基于单道次激光熔覆层的实际测量结果,提出一种“两个四分之一椭球体和半个椭圆柱”的熔覆层近似模型,进而推导出单道及多道搭接激光熔覆粉末利用率模型。其次,以激光功率、扫描速度和送粉速度为设计变量进行单因素实验设计,并分别用3种不同的粉末进行激光熔覆实验。结果表明:各工艺参数对粉末利用率有较大的影响,采用新模型计算的平均粉末利用率与实际测量的平均粉末利用率之间的误差均小于3%,表明新模型能够准确计算出激光熔覆过程中粉末的有效利用率。 In order to obtain accurate powder utilization rate,a new effective utilization rate model for laser cladding powder was constructed,and the influence of different process parameters on the utilization rate of laser cladding powder was analyzed.Firstly,based on the actual measurement results of a single pass laser cladding layer,an approximate model of the cladding layer with“two quarter ellipsoids and half elliptical columns”was proposed,and then the utilization rate models of single pass and multi pass overlapping laser cladding powder were derived.Secondly,a single factor experimental design was conducted using laser power,scanning speed and powder feeding speed as design variables,and laser cladding experiments were carried out with three different powders.The results show that each process parameter has a significant influence on the powder utilization rate.The error between the average powder utilization rate calculated using the new model and the actual measured average powder utilization rate is less than 3%,indicating that the new model can accurately calculate the effective powder utilization rate during the laser cladding process.
