ER8车轮材料激光熔覆镍基合金层的数值仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 以ER8车轮材料为基体材料,Ni60合金粉末为熔覆层材料,建立数值仿真模型,研究Ni60合金粉末激光熔覆温度场变化规律以及工艺参数对熔覆层微观组织的影响。结果表明,影响激光熔覆温度场的主要工艺参数是激光功率,其次是扫描速率。激光功率和扫描速率的最优工艺参数值分别为1.9 kW、4 mm/s。试验验证结果与数值仿真研究得到的温度场变化规律一致,证明了数值仿真研究的可行性。 Taking ER8 high-speed wheel as substrate and Ni60 as cladding layer material,by constructing numerical simulation mode,the change rule of laser cladding transient temperature field of Ni60 alloy powder and the effects of technical parameters on the microstructure of cladding coating were researched.The results show that laser power is the main process parameter which affects the temperature field of laser cladding greatly,and scanning speed follows.The values of optimal process parameters of laser power and scanning speed is 1.9 kW and 4 mm/s,respectively.The confirmation result of the experiment is consistent with that obtained through the numerical simulation,which shows that the numerical simulation research is feasible.
