摘要
核电厂常规岛压力容器接管座与管道通常采用承插焊缝的接头形式连接,近两年来国内多个核电厂均发生了多起该类承插焊缝失效的事件,严重危及电厂的安全、可靠运行。以接管座承插焊缝的设计结构、管道走向布置、短管卡的设计及压力容器的运行工况为研究对象,运用3D建模、有限元计算、变量控制法等手段,全方位深入分析了接管座承插焊缝失效的原因,并根据根本原因制定有针对性的优化措施,通过焊缝焊脚高度排查测量、焊缝焊脚补强增高、更改短管卡布置和设计,有效增强了焊缝的结构强度、降低了焊缝的应力值,解决了压力容器接管座承插焊缝失效的问题。研究成果已经应用于多个在运机组,成果应用以来,压力容器接管座承插焊缝未再次出现失效问题。
The connection between the pipe seat and the pipe of the conventional island pressure vessel in nuclear power plant is usually in the form of socket weld joint.In the past two years,a number of such socket weld failures have occurred in many domestic nuclear power plants,seriously endangering the safe and reliable operation of the power plant.Taking the design structure of the socket weld,the layout of pipe direction,the design of short tube clamp and the operating condition of pressure vessel as the study case,using 3D modeling,finite element calculation,variable control method and other means,omni-directional and in-depth analysis of the causes of socket weld failure,the paper formulate targeted optimization measures according to the root causes.Through the inspection and measurement of the height of the weld foot,the increase of the weld foot reinforcement,and the change of the arrangement and design of the short tube clamp,the structural strength of the weld is effectively enhanced,the stress value of the weld is reduced,and the failure of the socket weld of the pressure vessel is solved.The study results have been applied to a number of in-service units,and since the application of the results,the socket welds of pressure vessels have not failed again.
