摘要
管插套焊结构作为管道连接接头形式之一,在化工设备和核电领域均有广泛的应用。结合国内外不同标准对管插套的应用限制条件,并综合焊接试验过程和检验结果,对此类接头的焊接要点及质量控制措施进行了分析和说明,为保证产品焊接接头的质量稳定性及产品运行安全性提供技术参考。
As one of the tube connection joint forms,the socket welding structure is widely applied in the fields of both civil chemical equipment and nuclear power.In this paper,in combination with the application restrictions of domestic and foreign different standards for sockets welding and by integrating the welding test process and inspection results,the welding key points and quality control measures for this kind of joints are analyzed and explained,which provides a technical reference for ensuring the quality stability of welded joints and the operation safety of product.
