摘要
通过文献研读及广泛调研,发现高校学生社区安全管理中存在资源不足、技术不硬、人力参差、安全意识不强等问题。文章在总结分析学生社区安全管理现状及其成因的基础上,阐述了构建“四防并举”安全防护体系的必要性与可行性,提出了构建“四防并举”安全防护体系的思路与重点举措,从而真正提升学生社区安防护管理的实效性。
Through literature study and extensive investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the community safety management of college student communities,such as insufficient resources,weak technology,uneven manpower and weak safety awareness.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation and causes of safety management in students'communities,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of building a“simultaneous development of four defenses”safety protection system,and puts forward the ideas and key measures for building a“simultaneous development of four defenses”safety protection system,so as to truly improve the effectiveness of security management in students'communities.
