摘要
目的探讨风险预警分级管理在重症监护病房(ICU)中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(CLABSI)预防中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年8月我院ICU行中心静脉置管治疗的患者82例为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行常规管理,观察组在常规管理的基础上行风险预警分级管理。比较两组CLABSI发生率、导管留置时间、ICU住院时间及ICU护理人员感染控制能力。结果观察组CLABSI总发生率低于对照组,导管留置时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理后护理人员感染控制能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险预警分级管理在ICU中心静脉置管患者的应用可降低CLABSI发生率,缩短导管留置时间及ICU住院时间,提高护理人员感染控制能力。
Objective To investigate the application effect of risk warning hierarchical management in the prevention of central venous catheter-associated bloodstream infection(CLABSI)in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 82 patients receiving central venous catheter-therapy in ICU from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)by drawing lots.The control group received routine management,and the observation group received graded risk warning management.The incidence of CLABSI,duration of catheter retention and ICU stay,and infection control ability of ICU nurses were compared between two groups.Results The total incidence of CLABSI in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The duration of catheter retention and ICU stay timein observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After management,the observation group had a higher score than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk warning and classification management can reduce the incidence of CLABSI,shorten catheter retention time and ICU stay time,and improve the infection control ability of nursing staff.
