社会工作专业课程思政教学的价值意蕴与实现路径

摘要 作为人才培养的一种新理念和新方法,课程思政教学的深入有效开展有助于社会工作专业人才的培养。要做好社会工作专业的课程思政教学,应重点破解课程思政元素“如何挖”“怎么融”等痛点难点问题。首先,可遵循社会工作专业课程的知识逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑、需求逻辑来挖掘思政元素。其次可通过梳理课程思政元素,将其融入专业知识体系;组建跨专业教师团队,提升课程思政教学实效;优化课程思政设计,促进“思政+社会工作”融合;专业教师与政府、行业专家共进课堂,优化政校社合作机制,以期实现社会工作专业教学过程中课程思政元素的有机融入。 As a new concept and approach to talent development,the in-depth and effective implementation of ideological and political teaching helps to cultivate social work professionals.In order to make a good teaching of ideological and political in social work programme,the key point is to solve“how to dig”,“how to integrate”and other problems in the elements of programme ideological and political.Firstly,the logic of knowledge,history,practice and demand of social work programme can be followed to explore the elements of ideological and political.Secondly,by sorting out the elements of programme ideology and politics and integrating them into the professional knowledge system;setting up an inter-professional team of teachers to enhance the effectiveness of programme ideology and politics teaching;optimizing the design of programme ideology and politics and promoting the integration of"Ideology and Politics+Social Work";and optimizing the mechanism of cooperation between government,school and society through the joint participation of professional teachers in the lessons with governmental and industrial experts,with a view to achieving organic integration of the elements of programme ideology and politics in the teaching process of social work programme.
