摘要
工业互联网平台属于制造企业转型升级中最核心的新型基础设施,但是在落地过程中存在工业数据采集多样性、保存安全性、使用实时性等方面的问题。基于边缘计算和人工智能等技术,首先设计了一套车间级工业互联网平台系统架构、通信架构和硬件架构,构建了一个灵活、安全、智能的工业互联网平台。然后,提出了基于微服务架构的工业协议适配、流式计算的工业数据实时处理、容器技术的工业机理模型动态加载等关键技术。该系统已成功部署在生产车间,有效解决了工业数据采集、存储、分析等重大问题,达到了状态感知、实时分析、决策科学、执行精准的效果。
Based on technologies such as edge computing and artificial intelligence,a set of system architecture,communication architecture and hardware architecture of workshop level Industrial Internet platform are designed to build a flexible,secure and intelligent Industrial Internet platform.Then,three key technologies are proposed including industrial protocol adaptation based on microservices architecture,real-time processing of industrial data based on streaming computing,and dynamic loading of industrial mechanism models based on the container technology.The system has been successfully deployed in a real-world production workshop,effectively solving major problems such as industrial data collection,storage,and analysis,achieving the effects of state perception,real-time analysis,scientific decision-making,and precise execution.
