摘要
文章将微服务架构与工业互联网进行结合,研究了工业微服务的通用模型和逻辑编排方法;对工业机理模型的建模方法进行了讨论。建立了基于微服务架构的工业互联网平台框架,开展了机理模型组件库的建设,基于微服务逻辑编排和组件化技术,在航空发动机领域开展了工业APP研究工作。针对典型外贸机匣零件特种加工、复杂曲面自适应加工等场景进行了应用验证,取得了较好的应用效果。
This paper combines microservice architecture with Industrial Internet,studies the general model and logical arrangement method of industrial microservice,and discusses the modeling method of industrial mechanism model.The Industrial Internet platform framework based on the microservice architecture is established,and the construction of mechanism model component library is carried out.Based on the microservice logic arrangement and componentization technology,the industrial APP research work is carried out in the field of aero-engine.The application verification is carried out for special processing of typical foreign trade casing parts,adaptive processing of complex curved surface and other scenarios,which has achieved good application effect.
