摘要
【目的】了解内生真菌对油茶生长、气体交换和土壤养分水平的影响,为油茶接种内生真菌提供技术和理论依据。【方法】以3 a生油茶苗为材料,探究田间接种丛枝菌根真菌Acaulospora scrobiculata(As)、Diversispora versiformis(Dv)、D.spurca(Ds)、混合菌根真菌(Rhizophagus intraradices、Funneliformis mosseae和Dv按照等质量比混合而成)以及内生真菌Serendipita indica(Si)对其生长、叶片气体交换、叶绿素指数、类黄酮指数、氮平衡指数、土壤肥力、磷酸酶活性和球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(glomalin-related soil protein,GRSP)含量的影响。【结果】田间接种内生真菌(14 m)能提高油茶苗根系侵染率,提高了0.48~1.61倍,其中Si的侵染率最高(42.66%)。与未接种处理相比,接种内生真菌不同程度地提高了油茶苗株高、茎粗、叶片数、氮平衡指数以及净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_(2)浓度,但因菌种而异,以Si和As的促生效果突出。As在株高上提高得最为显著,提高了73.4%;Si显著提高了叶片数、氮平衡指数、净光合速率和气孔导度,分别提高了34.5%、43.7%、59.3%和50.0%。As显著提高了胞间CO_(2)浓度,提高了37.4%;Ds显著提高了蒸腾速率,提高了117.4%。接种内生真菌还一定程度地提高了土壤硝态氮、有效磷、有机碳、酸性和中性磷酸酶活性以及总GRSP含量,以Si的处理最显著,分别提高了15.5%、40.2%、76.0%、37.5%、40.5%和151.4%。【结论】接种根系内生真菌可改善油茶苗根际土壤特性,并促进其生长和气体交换,但因菌种而异,以Si和As处理效果相对突出。
【Objective】To understand the effects of endophytic fungi on plant growth,gas exchange,and soil nutrient levels of Camellia oleifolia,aiming to provide technical guidance and theoretical basis for the inoculation of endophytic fungi on C.oleifolia.【Method】The study was carried out to investigate the effects of field inoculation with Acaulospora scrobiculata(As),Diversispora versiformis(Dv),D.spurca(Ds),arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal mixture with Rhizophagus intraradices,Funneliformis mosseae,and Dv accroding to equal mass ratio,and Serendipita indica(Si)on their growth,leaf gas exchange,chlorophyll index,flavonoids index,nitrogen balance index,soil fertility,soil phosphatase activities,and glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP)content of 3-year-old C.oleifera plants.【Result】Field inoculation of endophytic fungi for 14 months could increase root colonization rate by 0.48-1.61 folds,with Si having the highest root colonization rate(42.66%).Compared with the no-fungi inoculation,inoculation with endophytic fungi increased plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,nitrogen balance index,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO_(2)concentration to varying degrees,whereas it varied with the fungal strains,with Si and As showing prominent growth-promoting effects.The most significant improvement in plant height was under the condition of As(73.4%);Si significantly increased leaf number,nitrogen balance index,net photosynthetic rate,and stomatal conductance by 34.5%,43.7%,59.3%,and 50.0%,respectively.As significantly increased intercellular CO_(2)concentration by 37.4%;and Ds significantly increased transpiration rate by 117.4%.Inoculation with endophytic fungi also increased soil nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus,organic carbon,acidic and neutral phosphatase activities,and total GRSP content to some extent,with Si having the most significant effect by 15.5%,40.2%,76.0%,37.5%,40.5%,and 151.4%,respectively.【Conclusion】Inoculation with root endophytic fungi can improv
