This article aims to study the application of BIM technology in construction management under the new standards for green building evaluation.Provide an overview of the new standards for green building evaluation,including the definition,basic principles,and application advantages of BIM technology in the field of architecture.Explored the demand for BIM technology in the new standards for green building evaluation,emphasizing the important role of BIM technology in energy utilization,water resource management,indoor environmental quality,and material selection.Furthermore,analyze the advantages and challenges of BIM technology under the new standards for green building evaluation,highlighting its practical applications in construction process planning and optimization,construction progress control and coordination,construction quality management,and safety monitoring.Summarize research findings and conclusions,emphasizing the importance and prospects of BIM technology under the new standards for green building evaluation.
