摘要
施工场地布置应随施工进度推进呈动态变化,然而传统的场地布置方法并没有紧密结合施工现场动态变化的需要,尤其是对施工过程中可能产生的安全冲突问题考虑欠缺。研究提出将施工项目按照分部工程中的地基基础、主体结构与装饰装修三个阶段分别进行场地布置方案设计,基于BIM模型及理念,运用BIM工具对施工场地布置方案中难以量化的潜在空间冲突进行量化分析,同时结合现有研究的其他主要指标,构建更完善的施工场地布置方案评估的指标体系,进一步运用灰色关联度分析对优化后的指标体系下的不同阶段下不同的布置方案进行分别评价,最后用案例模拟说明如何评选出各阶段的最优方案,组合而成为施工场地动态布置总体方案。
Construction site layout should display dynamic changes with the construction processes. However, traditional methods are limited to detect potential conflicts dynamically, especially safety conflicts in construction. This research analyzes a construction project based on typical foundation, main structure, decoration and finish stages, uses BIM tools to quantify potential conflicts, and further designs site layout respectively. Also, this research combines existing indicators and provides an improved evaluation system. By using the grey relational grade analysis method and the improved evaluation system, an evaluation model for construction site layout design was established. Finally, a case study of using this model to evaluate each design plan is presented.
