摘要
对外客运交通是大城市更高质量融入全球网络体系的重要先锋力量.改革开放以来,广州对外客运交通基础设施经历了3个阶段发展演变,即完善国道和普速铁路、建成系统性高速公路网络与新的国际机场、大力发展高速铁路,支撑和引导了城市空间拓展与重塑,也面临“大而不强”的发展困局.主要提出6方面发展对策,包括加快广州多机场体系建设和强化空铁联运,加快战略性高速铁路建设促进广州与国家主要城市群、粤港澳大湾区主要城市的直连直通,以“统筹规划和规划统筹”完善融合发展体制机制等策略.
External passenger transport is an important vanguard force for the integration of large cities into the global network system with higher quality.Since China s reform and opening up,Guangzhou s external passenger transport infrastructure has experienced three stages of development and evolution,namely,the improvement of national highways and ordinary speed railways,the establishment of a systematic highway network and a new international airport,and the vigorous development of high-speed railway,which have supported and guided the expansion and reshaping of urban space.It also faces the development dilemma of big but not strong.It mainly puts forward development countermeasures in six aspects,including accelerating the construction of Guangzhou s multi-airport system and strengthening air and rail combined transport,strengthening the construction of strategic high-speed railway to promote the direct connection between Guangzhou and major urban agglomerations in the country and major cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and improving the integrated development system and mechanism through overall planning and planning co-ordination.
