摘要
“双碳”战略目标背景下,能源体系将发生重塑与变革。为促进深圳市能源领域转型发展,系统梳理了最新能源政策,预测了未来能源发展趋势。最后,基于深圳城市特征、用能特征,分别从能源安全、低碳、高效、有序转型等多个维度制定了三项能源发展策略,探讨了“双碳”目标下深圳能源系统如何应对等急迫问题。这为建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区、创建社会主义现代化强国城市范例提供坚实能源支撑。
Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategic objectives,the energy system will be reshaped and transformed.To promote the energy transition and development of Shenzhen,latest energy policies are systematically sorted out and future energy development trend is predicted.Finally,based on the characteristics of Shenzhen and energy consumption,three energy development strategies have been formulated from the perspectives of energy security,low carbon,high efficiency and orderly transformation,and the urgent issues such as the reaction of Shenzhen’s energy system under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality have been discussed.It will provide solid energy support for the construction of the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a model of a powerful socialist modern city.
