摘要
高校思想政治工作关系培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。高校需要进一步强化全员、全过程、全方位育人理念,形成协同育人的长效机制。价值目标的一致性、功能作用的互补性、实践路径的现实可行性为思政课教师兼任辅导员提供了可能。思政课教师兼任辅导员,是思政课教学效果提升的重要举措、辅导员工作提质增效的有效路径、思想政治工作高质量发展的客观诉求。从主观意愿不强、双重角色压力、业务能力欠缺等维度分析了思政课教师兼任辅导员的现实困境,并提出了规范准入机制、优化激励措施,制定岗位职责、厘清角色边界,加强业务培训、提升岗位能力等具体策略。
The ideological and political work in universities is related to the fundamental issue of what kind of people universities cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom they cultivate them.Colleges and universities need to further strengthen the concept of all-staff,whole-process and all-round education,and form a long-term mechanism of collaborative education.The consistency of value goals,the complementarity of functional roles,and the practical feasibility of practical paths provide the possibility for ideological and political teachers to serve as counselors.The dual role of ideological and political teachers as counselors is an important measure to improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political courses,an effective path to improve the quality and efficiency of counselor work,and an objective demand for the high-quality development of ideological and political work.The paper analyzes the practical difficulties of ideological and political course teachers serving as counselors from the dimensions of weak subjective willingness,dual role pressure,and lack of professional ability.Specific strategies are proposed to standardize admission mechanisms,optimize incentive measures,formulate job responsibilities,clarify role boundaries,strengthen business training,and enhance job capabilities.
