摘要
目的研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训为本科毕业后教育的两个重要组成部分。当前的培养模式中,尚存在将其二者同时开展,合并培养的“双轨合一”培养模式。在实践中发现此模式存在一些问题,本文尝试对其进行分析思考并提出解决办法和建议,为心内科“双轨合一”培养模式改革提供思路。方法在心内科各病种学习、操作实践培养与考核、科研思维能力培养及人文关怀、医患关系培养等方面对两种教育模式进行对比研究,分析存在的问题,并提出解决办法和建议。结果两种教育模式各有侧重点,如何将两种培养模式有效结合,提高培养质量是目前需要解决的问题。结论“双轨合一”才能培养出优秀的心内科专业高层次人才。
【Objective】Postgraduate education and resident standardized training system are two important components of post-graduate education.In the current training mode,there is still a"dual track integration"training mode that carries out both of them at the same time and combines them.In practice,it was found that there were some problems with this model.This article attempts to analyze and think about it and propose solutions and suggestions,providing ideas for the reform of the"dual track integration"training model in cardiology.【Methods】A comparative study was conducted on the two educational models in the study of various diseases in cardiology,the cultivation and assessment of operational practice,the cultivation of scientific research thinking ability and humanistic care,and the cultivation of doctor-patient relationship.The existing problems were analyzed,and solutions and suggestions were proposed.【Results】The two educational models each have their own focus,and how to effectively combine the two training models and improve the quality of training is currently a problem that needs to be solved.【Conclusion】"Dual track integration"can cultivate excellent high-level talents in the field of cardiology.
