摘要
在健康中国战略大背景下,社会对临床药师的需求日益增大,提升临床药学人才培养质量成为高等药学教育面临的新任务。广州医科大学是一所以医学为优势和特色的双一流建设高校,在临床药学专业人才培养过程中以新医科理念为引领,通过创新教学模式、改革课程体系和教学内容、建设新医科特色课程等系列举措,进一步提升临床药学专业毕业生的执业能力,培养符合社会发展和人民健康需求、适应国家和区域卫生事业发展、能够服务生命全周期和健康全过程的高水平临床药学人才。
In the context of the Healthy China strategy,the demand for clinical pharmacists is increasing day by day,making the improvement of clinical pharmacy talent training quality a new task faced by higher pharmaceutical education.Guangzhou Medical University,a double first-class university with advantages and characteristics in medical science,leads the talent training process in clinical pharmacy with new medical science concepts.Through innovative teaching models,curriculum system reform,teaching content improvement,and the construction of new medical science characteristic courses,the university further enhances the practice capabilities of clinical pharmacy graduates.It aims to cultivate high-level clinical pharmacy talents who meet the demands of societal development and public health,adapt to the development of national and regional health services,and can serve the entire lifecycle and health process.
