三教协同创新系统下现代职业教育体系改革的系统逻辑被引量：1

摘要统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新成为当下现代职业教育体系改革的关键命题。系统论思想中的要素、结构与功能分析法为现代职业教育体系改革的逻辑分析奠定了理论基础。现代职业教育体系改革在要素层次上应以高素质技术技能人才要素为核心融入三教协同创新系统;在结构层次上应以独立形态的体系建设为基础形成与系统横纵贯通的要素协同结构;在功能层次上应以服务现代产业体系建设为目的支撑系统整体功能实现。当前,现代职业教育体系改革存在构成要素“断层”、整体与部分沟通不畅以及系统内外联动不足等现实困境。为此,现代职业教育体系应在三教协同创新系统赋能下,从技能价值导向的制度框架建立、横纵融通的体系结构形成以及区域产教科一体化发展等方面深化改革。 Coordinating the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education has become the key proposition of the reform of modern vocational education system.The analysis of elements,structure and function in system theory lays a theoretical foundation for the logical analysis of the reform of modern vocational education system.At the level of elements,the reform of modern vocational education system should take the elements of high-quality technical skills as the core to integrate into the three education collaborative innovation system.At the structural level,the reform of the modern vocational education system should form a cooperative structure of elements integrated with the system on the basis of the independent system construction.At the functional level,the reform of the modern vocational education system should support the realization of the whole function of the system for the purpose of serving the construction of the modern industrial system.Following the logical law of system reform,the reform of modern vocational education system has the realistic dilemma of"fault"of constituent elements,poor communication between the whole and part,and insufficient internal and external linkage of the system.In order to solve the current reform problems,the modern vocational education system should be enabled by the collaborative innovation system of three education,and deepen the reform from the aspects of the establishment of the system framework of skill value orientation,the formation of the system structure of horizontal integration and the integration of regional industry,education and science.
