摘要
针对齿轮在长周期交互循环载荷作用下的疲劳失效问题,以一对相互啮合的渐开线直齿轮为研究对象,对其进行了静态和动态应力分析,并基于载荷谱及材料的S-N曲线以及线性累积损伤理论,对其进行疲劳寿命分析,得到不同影响因素下的齿轮疲劳寿命云图和各个节点的最小疲劳寿命。结果表明:在静载条件下,齿轮副的最小疲劳寿命区域出现在静态力学分析的最大接触应力位置;在动载条件下,齿轮副的最小疲劳寿命则位于齿面分度圆与齿轮端面的过渡区域。
Aiming at fatigue failure problem of gear under the action of long period interactive cyclic load,with research object of a pair of involute spur gears meshing with each other,the paper carries out static and dynamic stress analysis,and analyzes fatigue life based on load spectrum,material S-N curve and linear cumulative damage theory,and obtains fatigue life cloud diagram of gears and the minimum fatigue life of each node under different influencing factors.The results show:minimum fatigue life region of gear pair under static load occurs at the position of maximum contact stress according to static mechanics analysis.Under dynamic load,the minimum fatigue life of gear pair is located at transition region between tooth surface indexing circle and gear face.
