摘要
放线滑车是架空输电线路张力架线所用的一种重要工器具,滑车外观及承载力事关导地线展放过程安全与质量。本文结合现场作业实际及放线滑车自身结构,提出一种新的放线滑车装卸系统,助力保障放线滑车在野外装卸时的安全,进而保障张力架线施工安全及导线不受损伤,提升架线施工安全质量管控水平。
The pay-off pulley is an important tool used for tension stringing of overhead transmission lines.The appearance and bearing capacity of the pulley are related to the safety and quality of the conductor wire laying process.This article proposes a new paying-off pulley loading and unloading system based on the actual on-site operation and the structure of the paying-off pulley.It helps to ensure the safety of the paying-off pulley during outdoor loading and unloading,thereby ensuring the safety of tension stringing construction and preventing wire damage,and improving the level of safety and quality control in stringing construction.
