摘要
根据我国现阶段的张力放线施工工艺水平及放线施工机具的现状,对国内900mm2六分裂导线采用"3×一牵2"、"一牵2+一牵4"和"2×一牵3"3种放线方式进行了对比分析,指出"2×一牵3"放线方式较其他2种放线方式更适合大截面导线的展放。介绍了实现"2×一牵3"张力放线主要部件,即不对称四轮放线滑车和偏心走板的结构特点,使用研制的组合式不对称四轮放线滑车和偏心走板,解决了放线系统的不对称问题,此工艺顺利地通过了工程试验并完成了工程应用。
According to current conditions of stringing construction under tension and stringing machine and tools in China, the paper compares and analyzes 3 stringing modes of "3-tractor with 1-guiding 2-wire", "1-guiding 2-wire + 1-guiding 4-wire" and "2-tractor with 1-guiding 3-wire" for 900 mm2 6-bundle conductors, and indicates that the third method is more suitable for stringing conductors with large sections than other two. It also introduces main components for "2-tractor with 1-guiding 3-wire" method, structural characters of asymmetrical 4-wheel stringing pulley and eccentric board. Their combination is developed, which has solved the asymmetrical problem of stringing system. The technology has passed engineering test and application.
