摘要
随着汽车保有量的持续增加,汽车运用与维修专业的人才缺口也愈发明显。分析当前产教融合的必要性和发展过程中遇到的问题,提出注重学生之间差异、明确培养目标、提高教师综合素养、培养双师型人才、加大政策和财政支持力度、强化校企合作等解决对策,以期为中职院校汽车运用与维修专业产教融合发展提供借鉴。
With the continuous increase of automobile ownership,the talent gap of automobile application and maintenance is becoming more and more obvious.This paper analyzes the necessity of the current industry-education integration and the problems encountered in the development process,and puts forward solutions such as focusing on the differences between students,clarifying training objectives,improving teachers'comprehensive literacy,cultivating dual-teacher talents,increasing policy and financial support,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,so as to provide references for the industry-education integration of the automobile operation and maintenance in secondary vocational colleges.
