摘要
目的探讨头面部Ⅱ类伤口单纯生理盐水注射器加压冲洗伤口的安全性。方法回顾性分析了我院整形外科2020年7月至2021年7月急诊Ⅱ类伤口,面部清创整形缝合的患者总计421例,均采用单纯生理盐水注射器加压冲洗伤口,统计术后感染、发热、红肿、皮下血肿、裂开、延迟愈合、再次清创等并发症情况。结果421例头面部Ⅱ类伤口单纯生理盐水注射器加压冲洗伤口后仅出现伤口感染2例,占0.47%;皮下血肿2例,占0.47%;总并发症发生率0.95%。无发热、裂开、延迟愈合等并发症出现。结论头面部Ⅱ类伤口单纯生理盐水注射器加压冲洗伤口,感染率很低,安全性高;另外,无菌生理盐水价格低廉、使用方便、对软组织损伤小、除菌效果明显,故在头面部非复杂伤口中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the safety of using a simple physiological saline syringe to pressurize and rinse classⅡwounds on the head and face.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on a total of 421 patients with emergency classⅡwounds in the plastic surgery department of our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021,who underwent facial debridement,plastic surgery,and suturing.All patients were treated with a simple saline syringe to pressure wash the wounds,and postoperative complications such as infection,fever,redness,subcutaneous hematoma,dehiscence,delayed healing,and re debridement were recorded.Results The 421 cases of classⅡwounds on the head and face,only 2 cases(0.47%)experienced wound infection after being pressurized and rinsed with a saline syringe;2 cases of subcutaneous hematoma,accounting for 0.47%;The total incidence of complications was 0.95%.No complications such as fever,dehiscence,or delayed healing occurred.Conclusions For classⅡwounds on the head and face,using a simple physiological saline syringe to pressurize and rinse the wound has a low infection rate and high safety;In addition,sterile physiological saline has high application value in non complex wounds on the head and face due to its low price,convenient use,minimal damage to soft tissue,and significant bactericidal effect.
