摘要
目的探讨封闭式负压引流术对骨创伤的治疗效果及其应用价值。方法将该院2015年4月—2018年4月期间收治的150例骨创伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予封闭式负压引流术治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果、换药次数、愈合时间、住院费用及住院时间及并发症情况。结果观察组临床有效率和并发症发生率分别为96.00%、0.00%,对照组临床有效率和并发症发生率分别为76.00%、22.67%,观察组临床有效率更高,并发症发生率更低(χ^2=12.459,19.173;P<0.05)。对照组换药次数(8.79±2.35)次,愈合时间(25.63±8.37)d,住院时间(30.38±8.15)d,住院费用(5 974.45±42.56)元,而观察组换药次数(1.58±0.37)次,愈合时间(15.43±5.48)d、愈合时间(18.24±6.42)d,住院费用(5 027.14±31.51)元。与对照组相比,观察组换药次数更少,住院时间、愈合时间更短,住院费用更低(t=26.247 0,8.829 6,10.133 6,154.922 9,P<0.05)。结论采取封闭式负压引流术对骨创伤进行治疗能有效缩短患者恢复时间,减少并发症,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of closed negative pressure drainage on bone trauma and its application value.Methods A total of 150 patients with bone trauma admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine treatment,while the patients in observation group were given closed negative pressure drainage.The clinical therapeutic effect,dressing change times,healing time,hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),(χ^2=12.458 5,P<0.05).And the complication rate of the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(22.67%).(χ2=19.173;P<0.05).In the control group,the number of dressing changes was(8.79±2.35)times,the healing time was(25.63±8.37)days,the hospitalization time was(30.38±8.15)days,the liealting cost was(5974.45±42.56)yuan,while in the observation group,the number of dressing changes was(1.58±0.37)times,the hospitalization time was(15.43±5.98)days,the hospitolintion time was(18.24±6.42)days,and the hospitalization cost was(5 027.14±31.51)yuan.Compared with the control group,the observation group had fewer dressing changes,shorter hospitalization time,shorter healing time and lower hospitalization costs(t=26.247 0,8.829 6,10.133 6,154.922 9,P<0.05).Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients with bone trauma,reduce complications and improve the treatment effect.
