摘要
目的研究在骨科创伤治疗以及感染创面治疗中,采用负压引流技术VSD治疗的效果。方法选取2015年12月~2017年12月我院收治的70例骨科创伤感染患者作为研究对象,并随机分为治疗组与对照组。35例治疗组患者接受负压引流技术VSD治疗。35例对照组患者接受常规换药处理。比较两组临床有效率、愈合时间、肝肾功能等指标。结果 (1)治疗组患者总有效率为97.14%,对照组患者总有效率为77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)治疗组患者创面平均愈合时间为(6.5±1.4)d;对照组患者创面平均愈合时间为(10.5±2.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)治疗后2周,两组白细胞、C反应蛋白和血沉均较术前明显下降,组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。(4)复查两组肝肾功能指标,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论骨科创伤及感染创面应用VSD治疗能有效控制感染的发生,加快患者康复,有效率高,安全性良好,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of vacuum drainage(VSD)in the treatment of traumatic and infectious wounds in orthopaedics. Methods Seventy cases with orthopaedic trauma infection admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty-five cases in the treatment group were treated with VSD.Thirty-five cases in the control group received routine dressing change.The clinical efficacy,healing time,liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups. Results(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)The average healing time of the wound in the treatment group was(6.5±1.4)d,that in the control group was(10.5±2.2)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(3)Two weeks after operation,the levels of leukocytes,C-reactive protein and ESR of the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and there were no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);(4)There were no significant difference in liver and kidney function index between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of VSD in the treatment of traumatic and infectious wounds in orthopaedics can effectively control infection,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,with high efficiency and good safety,and is worthy of promotion.
