摘要
通过切实发挥政府的领导作用,全方位地重视、支持农村空巢老人精神养老工作;挖掘社会资源,分层次、分类别、因地制宜推进社区养老、农村养老机构的建设,构建社会协同服务网络;弘扬社会美德,强化家庭支持,加强孝道文化的宣传,提高子女的责任感,提高空巢老人的生活质量;鼓励、引导农村空巢老人积极转变养老观念,注重身心健康,提高自养能力,为提高农村空巢老人精神幸福感以及共同富裕目标添砖加瓦。
Advocates effective leading role of the government,to pay full attention to and support the rural empty nest elderly spiritual care work.We should excavate social resources,promote the construction of community care and rural nursing institutions at different levels,by categories and according to local conditions,and build a social collaborative service network,promote social virtues,strengthen family support,enhance the publicity of filial piety culture,improve the sense of responsibility of children,improve the quality of life of the rural empty-nest elderly;encourage and guide them to actively change the concept of aging life,pay attention to physical and mental health,improve self-care ability,to improve the spiritual happiness of the rural empty-nest elderly and common prosperity goals.
