摘要
吊臂作为起重机吊升过程中的主要受力部件,受起升载荷弯矩作用,易产生裂纹等缺陷。针对起重机吊臂缺陷检测,设计一种可沿吊臂自动爬行,并对吊臂磁场进行全覆盖检测的装置。基于吊臂外形轮廓及变截面特点,对该检测装置进行三维建模,在吊臂仰角爬升时,对检测装置展开力学分析,计算得出不同吊臂仰角下压簧变形量及输出力变化。使用有限元仿真对检测装置在最大吊臂仰角下进行静力分析,校核结构强度,并通过研制实物样机验证设计的合理性。
In the lifting process crane boom is the main stressed component,cracks and other defects are easy to occur under the action of lifting load and bending moment.Aiming at the defect detection of crane boom,a device which can automatically crawl along the crane boom and detect the full coverage magnetic field is designed.Based on crane boom outline and variable section characteristic,the detection device three-dimensional model is designed.The mechanical analysis is carried out with the carne boom elevation angle,the deformation and output force of the compression spring with different crane boom elevation angles are calculated.Using the finiteelement software,the static analysis of the detection device under the maximum crane boom elevation angle is carried out,the structural strength is checked.The development and production of the physical prototype shows that the design is feasible.
