摘要
目的:探讨阳陵泉运动针法联合背俞穴针罐疗法治疗寒湿痹阻型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月来本院治疗的颈椎病患者124例,采用区组随机分配方法分为对照组(64例)和观察组(60例),对照组给予背俞穴针罐疗法,观察组在此基础联合阳陵泉运动针法,对比两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后SF-36评分、CASCS评分、NDI评分、VAS评分、中医症候积分及血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-1β水平变化。结果:治疗后观察组疗效明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组中医主症、次症和总积分较治疗前均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组降低更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组CASCS评分、NDI评分和VAS评分较治疗前均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善更显著(P<0.01);两组患者SF-36量表各条目评分显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组升高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-1β水平较治疗前均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组降低更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用阳陵泉运动针法联合背俞穴针罐疗法治疗颈椎病具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yanglingquan(GB34)motion acupuncture combined with back-Shu acupuncture and cupping in treatmnet of cervical spondylosis of cold-dampness obstruction pattern.Methods:A total of 124 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the control group(n=64)and the observation group(n=60)by block random allocation method.The control group was treated with back-Shu acupuncture and cupping;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with GB34 motion acupuncture.The clinical efficacy was comapred between the two groups.The scores of SF-36,CASCS,NDI,VAS and TCM symptoms,as well as the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βwere compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of TCM main symptoms and secondary symptoms,as well as the total scores were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),of which the decreases in the observation group were more significant(P<0.01).The scores of CASCS,NDI and VAS were significantly improved after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group(P<0.01).The scores of SF-36 scale items were significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the increases were more obvious in the observation group(P<0.01).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βwere significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion:GB34 motion acupuncture combined with back-Shu acupuncture and cupping has a good effect on cervical spondylosis.
