摘要
乡村电商是互联网时代发展的产物,乡村电商高质量发展是建设数字乡村的重要途径,也是实现乡村振兴的重要助推器。然而,乡村电商在蓬勃发展的过程中,面临着诸多法律问题,既侵犯了消费者合法权益,又冲击了公平竞争的市场秩序,不利于乡村电商可持续高质量发展。数字乡村建设背景下,乡村电商发展过程中面临诸多法律风险。必须从完善相关立法,优化顶层设计,抓好源头管理等方面入手,营造有益于乡村电商发展的法治化营商环境,为乡村电商的可持续高质量发展提供法律保障。
Rural e-commerce is a product of the development of the Internet era.The high-quality development of rural e-commerce is an important way to build a digital countryside and also an important booster for achieving rural revitalization.However,in the process of vigorous development,rural e-commerce faces many legal issues,which not only infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but also impact the market order of fair competition,which is not conducive to the sustainable and high-quality development of rural e-commerce.This article takes the construction of digital rural areas as the background,analyzes the legal risks faced in the development of rural e-commerce,and then proposes effective legal solutions to create a legal business environment conducive to the development of rural e-commerce,providing legal protection for the sustainable and high-quality development of rural e-commerce.
